1. ENGLISH STENOGRAPHER (GRADE- III)
No. of Vacancies: 06 Nos. (UR-03, SC-02, OBC-01)
Educational Qualification: i) 10th pass.
ii) At least a certificate in Computer Training from a recognized Institution and a satisfactory fingering speed in Computer operation shall be necessary.
iii) A minimum speed @ 80 w.p.m. in Shorthand and a minimum speed @ 30 w.p.m. in typewriting from a legible manuscript in English for 10 (ten) minutes are compulsory.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 40 years as on 01/01/2019.
Pay Scale: Rs.7,100/- – Rs. 37,600/- with Grade Pay of Rs.3,900/-

2. LOWER DIVISION CLERK
Vacancies: 36. (UR-20, ST-02, SC-05, OBC-09)
Educational Qualification: i) 10th pass.
ii) At least a certificate in Computer Training from a recognized Institution and a satisfactory fingering speed in Computer operation shall be necessary.

iii) A minimum speed @ 80 w.p.m. in Shorthand and a minimum speed @ 30 w.p.m. in typewriting from a legible manuscript in English for 10 (ten) minutes are compulsory.
iv) Knowledge in typewriting in English and Computer knowledge.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 40 years as on 01/01/2019.
Pay Scale: Rs.5,400/- – Rs.25,200/- with Grade Pay of Rs.2,600/-

3. PROCESS SERVER
Vacancies: 04 (UR-02, OBC-01, SC-01)
Educational Qualification: i) 8th pass
ii) Those candidates possessing basic knowledge of Computer Operation, may be given preference.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 40 years as on 01/01/2019.
Pay Scale: Rs.5,400/- – Rs.25,200/- with Grade Pay of Rs.2,300/-

4. GROUP- ‘D’
Total Vacancies: 23
i) Sweeper: 03 posts (UR-02, SC-01)
ii) Night Guard: 11 posts (UR-06, OBC-02, SC-02, ST-01)
iii) Farash: 09 posts (UR-06, SC-02, OBC-01)
Educational Qualification: i) 8th pass
ii) Those candidates possessing basic knowledge of Computer Operation, may be given preference.
iii) For Sweeper:- The candidate should possess knowledge and working experience in the concerned field and should be capable of reading and writing preferably possessing class VIII pass certificate.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 40 years as on 01/01/2019.
Salary: Rs.4,900/- – Rs.16,200/- with Grade Pay of Rs.1,700/-

The candidates will be appointed initially on Temporary basis, but is likely to be made Permanent.

Upper Age Relaxation: 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms. SC/ST/OBC candidates belonging to State other than West Bengal will be treated as General Candidate.

Candidates’ Selection:  Written Examination, Dictation and Transcription Test, Typing Test, Personality Test, Practical Test and Viva-Voce wherever applicable.

Examination Fee: Candidates must pay Rs.400/- (Rs.300/- for SC/ST categories) for the posts of Stenographer & Lower Division Clerk and Rs. 300/- (Rs.200/- for SC/ST categories) for the posts of Group – D (i.e., Process Server, Sweeper, Night Guard and Farash) as Examination Fee.
