1. JUNIOR MRT
Total Vacancies: 01
Educational Qualification: i) 12th pass.
ii) কোন স্বীকৃত ইনস্টিটিউটের মেডিকেল রেকর্ড টেকনিশিয়ানের জন্য কমপক্ষে ছয় মাসের প্রশিক্ষণ কোর্স থাকতে হবে অথবা কোনও স্বীকৃত / নিবন্ধিত হাসপাতালের রেকর্ড নিবন্ধন এবং পরিসংখ্যান বিভাগে বিশেষভাবে কোডিং এবং ইন্ডেক্সিং কাজের ক্ষেত্রে কমপক্ষে ছয় মাসের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।

2. STAFF NURSE
Total Vacancies: 61 (UR-30, SC-14, ST-02, OBC-15. Out of the total posts, 06 posts are reserved for ESM)
Educational Qualification: i) Diploma in General Nursing.

Age Limit: Maximum 37 years.
Pay salary: Rs.44900 – 142400/- per month

3. PHARMACIST (ALLOPATHIC)
Total Vacancies: 13 (UR-05, SC-03, OBC-05. Out of the total posts, 01 post is reserved for ESM)
Educational Qualification: Degree in Pharmacy.
Age Limit: Maximum 32 years as on 21/01/2019.
Pay Scale: Rs.29200 – 92300/-

4. ECG TECHNICIAN
Total Vacancies: 03 (SC-02, OBC-01)
Educational Qualification: Science Graduate .
OR
12th pass and 03 years experience of handling ECG machine in a recognized institution.

Age Limit: Maximum 32 years as on 21/01/2019.
Pay Salary: Rs.25500 – 81100/- per month.

5. LAB. ASSISTANT
Total Vacancies: 07 Nos. (UR-03, ST-01, OBC-01. Out of the total posts, 01 post is reserved for PWD and 01 post for ESM)
Educational Qualification: 10+2 or equivalent qualification with Diploma in MLT from a recognized Institute.
Age Limit: Maximum 32 years as on 21/01/2019.
Pay Salary: Rs.21700 – 69100/-

6. OT ASSISTANT
Total Vacancies: 07 (UR-03, SC-02, OBC-02. Out of the total posts, 01 post is reserved for ESM)
Educational Qualification: 10+2 with Science or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board.
Experience: One year experience in O.T. of a recognized Hospital.
Age Limit: Maximum 32 years as on 21/01/2019.
Pay Salary: Rs.21700 – 69100/- per month

7. MEDICAL SOCIAL WORKER
Total Vacancies: 05 Nos. (UR-04, OBC-01. Out of the total posts, 01 post is reserved for PWD and 01 post for ESM)
Educational Qualification: Degree/ Diploma in Social Work from a recognized Institution preferably with One year experience in Family Planning, Social Work/ Health Education/ Training.
Age Limit: Maximum 37 years as on 21/01/2019.
Pay Salary: Rs.25500 – 81100/- per month.

Upper Age Relaxation: 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.

Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Written Examination and Computer Skill Test wherever applicable.
