AIRMEN IN GROUP ‘Y’ (NON-TECHNICAL TRADES) IN INDIAN AIR FORCE AS OUTSTANDING SPORTSMEN

Educational Qualification: Passed 10+2 or equivalent examination in any stream / subjects from recognized Board.

ক্রীড়া যোগ্যতা / Sports Eligibility:

i) প্রার্থীগণ নীচের উল্লেখযোগ্য ক্রীড়া শৃঙ্খলাগুলির মধ্যে জুনিয়র / সিনিয়র ইন্টারন্যাশনাল মেট্রোতে প্রতিনিধিত্ব করেছেন। i) Candidates should have represented the country in Junior/ Senior International meets in any of the below mentioned sports discipline.

ii) জুনিয়র ন্যাশনাল চ্যাম্পিয়নশিপের মধ্যে 5 ম স্থান সর্বনিম্ন মান অর্জন করা উচিত, সিনিয়র ন্যাশনাল চ্যাম্পিয়নশিপ বা ইন্টার ইউনিভার্সিটি চ্যাম্পিয়নশিপের রাজ্য / ইউনিটের প্রতিনিধিত্ব করা উচিত নীচের উল্লিখিত ক্রীড়া শৃঙ্খলা। ii) Candidates should have attained the minimum standard of 5th place in the Junior National Championship, represented the State/ Units in Senior National Championships or Inter University Championship in below mentioned sports discipline.

(iii) দলীয় ইভেন্টগুলিতে, প্রার্থীদের নীচের উল্লেখযোগ্য ক্রীড়া শৃঙ্খলে স্কুল গেমস ফেডারেশন অফ ইন্ডিয়া (এসজিএফআই) পরিচালিত জুনিয়র ন্যাশনাল চ্যাম্পিয়নশিপ এবং ন্যাশনাল স্কুল টুর্নামেন্টে রাষ্ট্রের প্রতিনিধিত্ব করা উচিত। (iii) In team events, the candidates should have represented state in Junior National Championship and National School Tournament conducted by School Games Federation of India (SGFI) in below mentioned sports discipline.

Note: The current achievement would be given preference during selection trials.

Name of the eligible Sports: Athletics, Basketball, Boxing, Cricket, Diving, Golf, Gymnastics, Hockey, Kabaddi, Lawn Tennis, Squash, Swimming, Volleyball, Water Polo, Weight Lifting, Wrestling and Wushu. দ্রষ্টব্য: নির্বাচনী পরীক্ষার সময় বর্তমান অর্জন অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে। উপযুক্ত ক্রীড়া নাম: অ্যাথলেটিক্স, বাস্কেটবল, বক্সিং, ক্রিকেট, ডাইভিং, গল্ফ, জিমেস্টিক্স, হকি, কব্দি, লন টেনিস, স্কোয়াশ, সাঁতার, ভলিবল, ওয়াটার পোলো, ওয়েট লিফটিং, রেস্টলিং এবং ওুশু।

Age Limit: Born between 13/01/1998 to 02/01/2002. বয়স সীমা: 13/01/1998 থেকে 02/01/2002 এর মধ্যে জন্ম।

Salary :Rs.26,900/- per month.

Candidates must also enclose 01 (24cm x 10) un-stamped Self-Addressed envelope with the Application Form.

The envelope containing the print-out/enclosures should be superscribed on top with — “OUTSTANDING SPORTSMEN FOR GROUP ‘Y’ TRADES SPORTS DISCIPLINE APPLIED FOR ______”
